Our Story
We are a local family that owns a handful of rentals in Tucson, Arizona and enjoy providing quality housing to hard working individuals in a variety of different professions! We never set out to rent in the mid-term space necessarily, but we found that we enjoy it the best. We have rented to traveling medical staff, digital nomads, construction teams, as well as a variety of other people, and the people we have gotten to know through doing so has been so rewarding!
Over time we have met other owners that also rent to those with mid-term (1-6 month) stay requirements. Now that they are trusted friends and we have put their properties through a strict screening process to ensure their safety and quality, we have incorporated them into our website so that you can have an even greater selection of housing. We have their properties in the “Partner Properties” tab above where you can fill out a request for housing to get your name out to them that you are coming to the area so they can reach out to you if they have something coming available.

Unlike other places, we boast to be the best family-run mid stay accommodation in the county by providing everything you need! We ensure you are able to make a cup of coffee the moment you walk in… or shower after a long journey using our towels and toiletries provided.
We have even challenged ourselves to ensure you have all the utensils required to cook a full blown roast dinner should you want too, of course if you do this, be sure to invite us over 😉
